The hull: Unidirectional and woven rovings are hand-laid. Gel, too, is brushed on by hand; no robots or spray guns to be found here. Around 100 components are then bonded to the hull, becoming an integral part of it and systematically adding strength. It takes three to four times longer to build a boat this way, but the result is infinitely stronger. This is the foundation of Fairline’s legendary build quality and performance. | |
